We have worked on Servio Pump integration. For each new project, we separately review the intended customer journey, available data and conditions of the installed system. The connection method depends on modules, versions and licences; a universal plug-in connection cannot be promised before that review.
Website or mobile application
We identify the information customers need and the actions permitted by the available interface. Any workflow involving payments or fuel dispensing requires explicit agreement on confirmations, failures and reconciliation. These are scenarios to assess, not automatic features of every installation.
CRM and operational reporting
An agreed connection can transfer permitted customer information or events into a CRM. We establish matching rules to avoid duplicate customer records. For accounting and reports, we agree detail, update frequency and how corrections or returns are handled.
Account for modules and supplier work
Some configurations may require extra modules, licences or supplier involvement. We check this before estimating development and list the external costs separately. The software and its interfaces belong to their developer; we provide integration services, not unrestricted access to the product.
From a sample operation to an accepted result
Start with your installed products and versions, the systems to connect, number of locations and one example operation. We agree the exchange specification, test access, normal and failure scenarios, logging and support responsibilities before launch. Do not send passwords or keys through the enquiry form.
Before we start
Will an additional Servio Pump module be needed?
That depends on the current configuration and integration method. We check modules, licences and required approvals before work starts.
Do you replace the existing fuel-station software?
Integration normally connects existing systems. If a required operation is not available, we discuss permitted alternatives and explain any proposed changes.
