The initial review considers versions, themes, plugins, backups, forms, performance and visible signs of infection. Before risky changes we check compatibility, preserve a backup and agree how to recover if needed.
For a business site, priority journeys include key pages and enquiry delivery. For WooCommerce, we also check the agreed cart, checkout, payment, notification and integration paths. Test orders and other actions that affect the live business are agreed before execution.
One-off WordPress assistance starts from RUB 1,500. Basic ongoing support starts from RUB 6,000 per month; development and support start from RUB 12,500 per month. These are starting estimates for WordPress-specific scopes, not the separate fixed-hour support packages. The tasks, included time and response arrangements are confirmed in the proposal.
The scope can include updates, backups, error investigation and agreed interface or functional changes. We explain completed work and next priorities. Hosting, paid licences and larger changes are discussed separately. We can work with your hosting or assess a migration when required.
Yes. We first assess the project, access and available backups, then agree a practical maintenance or improvement scope.
We assess the symptoms and agree cleanup and recovery work. Ongoing maintenance can follow, but no website can be promised permanent immunity from attacks.
