Website recovery and malware cleanup

We inspect public availability, key pages and visible signs of failure. You receive an explanation of the findings and a proposed next step. Detailed examination of files, databases and server logs, as well as repairs themselves, is separately scoped and approved.

Unknown redirects, suspicious pages and browser warnings call for investigation. A server error or a broken form alone does not prove malware: an update, hosting configuration or a plugin conflict may also be responsible. We establish the cause before choosing the remedy.

We remove the detected malicious code or repair the agreed fault, check the affected pages and functions, and explain what changed. A test enquiry or order is sent only with your permission. Remaining risks and work outside the agreed scope are recorded separately.

Cleanup and recovery cost RUB 1,000–3,000. The exact work, price and timing are confirmed after the initial diagnosis. Separate development or ongoing maintenance is not added automatically. We check available backups before changes; deleted data without a usable copy may not be recoverable.

We provide recommendations for updates, access and backups. Removing malware does not automatically remove a search-engine warning: a further review may be required, and its timing is controlled by the search engine. Regular maintenance can be agreed separately.
